Horrible customer service and lead time.
I may not be one of the bigger customers but until about 3 years ago I spent an average of $15,000 per year at fastenal. I had to take a couple of years off for health. I'm starting back up and just tried to visit the former store in Columbia, PA and they are no longer a retailer. I guess they don't want my business. I'll find a new supplier.
Customer service was extremely poor. Never gonna give them a second shot
