This company will not hire black people at their Selma, Alabama location. I was overly qualified for the position posted and I got an email saying that they would not proceed with my application and would look elsewhere. I replied back and asked why. They repeated their first email and closed it by saying that my application would be removed from their records. So, I asked someone who was working there at the time and was told that they won't hire black people.
