I’ve been coming to FastDoc Allen for a while because they’re close, convenient, and usually reliable. But unfortunately, my recent visit left me frustrated enough to take my business elsewhere. When I arrived, the front desk asked if I still had the same insurance. I mentioned that I did, but my card had been charged. I showed them the new card—which had the same member ID—but the receptionist did not to update it in their system. Later, I was told my copay was $50.
