I've been in a wheelchair about 4 years now. I've lost track of the number of times I've been transported. I've got plenty of horror stories including getting tipped over. Yesterday 8/14/25. I had my first experience with FastCare. It was incredible. Mark & Eddie were prompt courteous made me feel very safe, a tip over accident makes feeling safe far more of a priority these days. If you need a ride and can choose the transport company give Erica a chance. Excellent help is wonderful to find.
Fastcare is one of the only companies that are actually true to there name. From working in the medical field myself to also having elderly families members I always know who to call when I'm in a bind. They are fast, reliable, and always accommodate our needs. It starts with the helpful staff in the office to the very friendly and patient drivers. I would recommend them over and over again.
Fast Care is SUPERIOR to any other transport service for the BARIATRIC patient. It is THE ONLY ambulance service I’ve been in that has a TRUE BARIATRIC STRETCHER. I’ve now had three trips with Fast Care and all were perfection. The staff members are genuine and connected. A delight. I felt safe, comfortable. Transportation I have had by Atlantic, Gem, RWJ, others, etc. simply do not match up in comfort.
Your team is very detail attentive to my current handicap needs in every way. From arriving on time for my pick up and providing the equipment that I need to always treating me with respect and empathy for my pick up to get home. Transport schedule pick ups are on time. Staff members go out of their way to provide proper service. Some of them go over and above shout out to Erica and Ivan. I strongly would recommend this company.
