If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. Saturday evening. Car battery dead. I need the car the next morning. Every place is closed, except one. They’re shutting in 30 minutes. Bought an item on Amazon, prompt delivery with great coms, wasn't quite happy with the build quality so phoned their sales team, who were more than happy for me to return the item. Decided to return in person as we were going North. The two members of staff that we spoke with couldn't have been more helpful, by time we arrived at our destination we had received an email confirming that the refund had been processed and was on its way.
