I bought a system online. Received and when I went to use it (several months later) found out it was rusted so much in the applicator that I couldn’t use it. Sent a message and no response. Left a voice mail and got a message that they had refunded my money for the applicator. Left another voice mail that I wanted a new one because I had purchased the special nails too. Still no person to talk to. So, I will never know if it is a good system or not. Tired of playing with them. Will go old school now.

Amazing products, reason it's not five stars is cause I just wish their tape measures were a tad bit more durable. Other than that though amazing stuff!

I work for Vander Griend Lumber and went to service one of their garage doors and let me tell you, that work environment is the best! Every single employee was having a good time. They were extremely kind and relaxed. It made for a great end to my work day!

I work as a handyman with a specialty in furniture & equipment assembly. The Fastcap magnets are an incredible boost to my productivity. Paul knows how to take care of his customers. I purchased a GoPro camera from Paul around 2014 to make time lapse videos of my assembly jobs for my YouTube channel. When that camera died in 2019, Paul sent me another, no charge. Great support and attitude. From the YouTube videos to the live on the phone support, they deliver on a professional experience to customers. This organization is one of best manufacturers/ fabricators of woodworking products in the industry, likely in the world at least for fence systems. Keep up the good work and improvements.
