Amazing service and products from a company that has inspired folks all over the world. I placed an order for quite a few things and their team called me to let me know that two of the items in my order might not work together in the way I was thinking and recommended an alternate product that worked perfectly. They did all this before shipping my order and saved me multiple days and hundreds of dollars. That attention to detail and love of customer is nothing short of astounding.

I bought a system online. Received and when I went to use it (several months later) found out it was rusted so much in the applicator that I couldn’t use it. Sent a message and no response. Left a voice mail and got a message that they had refunded my money for the applicator. Left another voice mail that I wanted a new one because I had purchased the special nails too. Still no person to talk to. So, I will never know if it is a good system or not. Tired of playing with them. Will go old school now.

Amazing products, reason it's not five stars is cause I just wish their tape measures were a tad bit more durable. Other than that though amazing stuff!
