STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. I had an extremely disappointing experience with this mechanic and would strongly advise against using their services. If I could rate it zero stars, I would. Our son broke down in the parking lot of his apartment near Clemson university and I called Fastbay to help. They came and towed his car, diagnosed the problem and fixed it all within a 2 hour time period. They were so sweet, understanding and helpful. We are 2 hours away and felt helpless being far away and unable to be there to help him. Thanks to Fastbay, his car is up and running and ready to go all at a reasonable price. I sent in our vehicle to get looked at was having starter issues. Mike he fixed the issue and didn't do work that wasn't necessary was honest and transparent. He was available to us on the weekend was very nice and convenient. I will be doing business in the future it is good to have an honest mechanic they are hard to come by.
Ive never left a Google review before but Fastbay Automotive is deserving of it. Mike was friendly and extremely helpful. He broke down how to check different aspects of my car and got my vehicle in and out extremely fast! Would definitely recommend.
When I say this is the best place I could’ve taken my car, I mean it! Clemson student here, Jeep grand Cherokee was having issues and the same day I gave them my car it was immediately getting worked on. I got my car back the next day running good as new!
