We placed a large order for a PR activation that was delivered late and the quality of the balloons was very poor. It took a week to get hold of someone at the company who said they would resolve the situation. It has now been another week with zero contact from the company with no one answering the company phone line nor the personal phone line that was provided to us. They are also completely unresponsive to emails. Do not use this service.

Ordered custom napkins for my sister' 70th anniversary high school reunion and paid extra for a delivery yesterday, April 10th. Still haven;t arrived as of today the 11th. Very disappointing.
