Tyler and his team and Fastback have been amazing to work with. I went in for tires and shoes. They noticed an oil issue and immediately called me to see what I wanted to do and give me a run down of my options. They communicated the whole time my bike was with them. They remember who you are and which bike is yours and take the best care of your equipment. I don’t like surveys. I’ll just say I communication great, seemed very knowledgeable & personable. I talked as much as I wanted with the mechanic and billing persons, and I never felt rushed nor pushed
FBM has been excellent to work with! I’ve had my Transalp in for a few different repairs and upgrades. Each time I receive first rate service and excellent communication. This motorcycle repair spot/store is literally the best I’ve been to in my life. Very knowledgable owners, they really helped me out w a blown fuse, and changed VERY fairly. I’d give it 20/10 if I could. Was really cool chatting with the main guy. He had some sick bikes there.
Excellent service, quick and very knowledgeable and didn't get annoyed at all my dumb inexperienced questions lol. I had two new tires with tubes installed and am extremely happy with how I was treated as a customer and I appreciate that they allowed me back into the shop and showed me exactly what was going on with my bike, why it failed and walked me through how he was going to proceed and improve it.
