Absolutely the worst car wash I’ve ever experienced. 1. I signed up for a membership, and every single visit I had to wait for an employee to manually enter my number. Completely defeats the purpose of having a membership. On top of that, the staff is slow and clearly doesn’t care about helping customers. 2. Something was broken every time I came — brushes not working, rinse not working, etc. It’s like nothing here is ever maintained. 3. The lines are ridiculous.
