Very disappointing experience. I have been a loyal Platinum member for years, but the manager handled a simple license plate update terribly. Even after I offered multiple ways to verify my membership, he refused to help, argued with me, and the situation unnecessarily delayed the entire line. This is not how loyal customers should be treated.
Fast 5 Express Car Wash in Tustin is my go-to spot for keeping my vehicle clean without wasting time. The facility is consistently spotless and well-maintained, and their fast, efficient service gets me in and out in no time. It is easily the most convenient place around for a quick, reliable wash when I am on the go.
This is the 4th-5th time that Members Only line doesn't recognize my car as a paid monthly member. Had to pay for the wash and then get a refund. Monitor should have an attendant call button for better service.
