What a waste of time.. The passenger side the cars NEVER gets cleaned, the machine miss the bottom half.. Horrible customer service (BRI).. We're done with this place, do not waste your money!
I had a really disappointing experience at this car wash. While entering the wash, I trusted the employee guiding me into position and followed his directions exactly while looking at him and listening to his guidance. Suddenly, I heard a loud scratch. I immediately asked, “Did I scratch it?” and he replied, “Yes, a little bit.” Unfortunately, it was not “a little bit” — my rim was scratched very badly. I like the place overall . Car washes are always fast even when crowded. Just sucks towels don’t come with memberships.
