The gentleman who directed me kept pointing me to turn my wheels to the left Tire and air valve was damaged. Did an incident report. Manager haven't contacted me. Had to pay 140 for new tire and air valve replacement. Update 1 month later no call from anyone about the claim. I called 9/14 the person stated someone would give me a call tomorrow. I'm still waiting for tomorrow 🙃 😪. It now 10/2, no phone call. I guess I paid 160 for a lousy carwash. Never going back to that establishment.
I was there yesterday and I had an incident with locking my keys in the car the two employees there I believe his name was Nico and the girl Giselle were so very helpful I just want to let the company know that they have hired two good employees they went above and beyond to help me and I really did appreciate that especially because my dog was in the car
