The wash itself was just okay. Overpriced for the same thing you get at a normal drive through car wash. The free vacuums that it includes aren’t very powerful and don’t a good job at cleaning the interior.
DRIVER BEWARE - VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM "MANAGER" JED! Sadly, I have to drop my five-star review to a one star, due to my interaction with a "manager" by the name of Jed, who claims to be the general manager. His combative conduct toward customers would be extremely concerning to me if this were my establishment. He refused to give me a refund for a wash that failed to wash the top of my car. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company + calling corporate.
They don't have drying rags but wash was good
I always get the silver I think it's the best value. They do a good job but I always have to wipe off the dried drips when I get home.
