Hmm - just call and the person just hung up on me before I said a word...That was my experience.
Bad attitude, gives you a low quote over the phone, then increases the costs when they arrive. Super shady! Told me to go with "basic" installation, after they told me it "wouldn't be up to code" - which means the warranty would be void and my home owners insurance wouldn't cover the damages if they installed it badly. Untrustworthy.
