First time user. Attempted to wash my vehicle without success. You could barely see the screen due to the sun shining on it. Paid with my card, selected wash, then it asked me for a code. I didn't have a code. I asked the lady behind me in line if she knew what code I should enter. She said she's never used a code. We found a phone number on the sign that doesn't do any good when nobody answers so I text and got no response. FRUSTRATING to say the least.
This is the worst car wash I’ve ever been to. Did clean my car what so ever basically just got the dust off. I would not recommend this car wash for anyone. If there was away to get my money back I would request it.
I had a great experience at this car wash, and a big part of that was the owner. They were incredibly friendly, professional, and clearly take pride in their company. It’s rare to find a wash that genuinely values their customers and leaves cars spotless.
