I called today because i needed a part for my vehicle, a Very rude guy answered the phone and asked me for the licence plate of my car, i didt have it and i have never been asked for a licence plate before so i asked why he needed it, he said to look up the vin number i said i didnt have the licence plate but i did have the vin if he wanted it, he told me to call bacak when i had the licence plate and refused to help by just putting me on hold and never coming back to the phone or transfering me with anyone else. such kind o... read more
