In season training is focused on injury prevention while off season training increases speed, strength, and agility. Fast Twitch Sports offers training in small group and personal training sessions. All programs are designed by a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer, Performance Enhancement Specialist, and Youth Exercise Specialist.

My kids have been training with Michele for 6 months now and the results are amazing across the board. I have seen a major improvement in my kids games. They come out exhausted every time but yet the can"t wait to go back again. That is just how great Michele is, working hard in fun and professional environment. I would definitely recommand her.
Michelle is excellent with energetic kids! She plans organized, engaging activities that kids love! Her workouts are age and developmentally appropriate for where each athlete is in his or her training plan. The best part is, reluctant athletes are working out without even knowing it! Her positive attitude is contagious and she is a wonderful role model for kids. It is so important for kids to learn proper form when working out and Michelle’s expertise in this area is second to none.
