I registered to this gym with the intention of going only during the summer but my experiences with Coach Kirsten changed my mind because she is very good at her job, efficiently teaching me while being very helpful and friendly. She always comes up with new and creative exercises that prove to be effective and fun. Now, my body has more shape and I lost weight, thanks to her.
