Just terrible.Was told two and a half weeks on my transmission rebuild.I finally took possession of my car on April 18th.Left it on January 6th.The repair wasn’t performed properly.He was also supposed to send me one hundred dollars but did not.Don’t leave you’re car here.I heard every excuse possible as to why it wasn’t repaired.
Mark & his brother-in-law are a terrific team! My transmission fuel exchange, A/C diagnostic and adding freon only took 1 1/2 hours. Mark charged a reasonable rate and explained very clearly what was happening with my car. Very pleased. Give him a shout, if you need to be helped out:)
Great mechanic and customer service. Mark is great. He is honest, hardworking, and very knowledgeable when it comes to all vehicles. As a woman I was concerned about getting fair and honest work and that was definitely what I got 😊
I’m 500 mi. From home and must have my drive shaft universal joints replaced before I can go home. Ford refused to even look at it. Another drive chain said they would “look” at it but they take an appointment and in a day or two they would work on it. I contacted Mark “owner “ and he made my problem his problem. He took my Excursion in and completed the work that day. If I ever have an automotive problem here again I’ll take it here first. Very pleased with all aspects of this project.
