Fast and easy!
Employees are great, but the manager (Erick) is rude and horrible to employees! I took my car yesterday, Sat 8/2, between 3-4pm-ish. The employee drying my car did a great job, as he's done in the past. But he's a really good kid and always has a smile on his face, just like the other employees I've encountered. Unfortunately, when I rolled down the window to thank him, this manager was extremely rude to him and to another employee, barking at them to rush. but there were no other cars behind me.
