I would like to pull up and the camera read my plate and let me go through. I'm sure it's by design they don't work so the employees can try to get customers to add options onto their wash. If I wanted additional options I would upgrade my membership. If I want to tip the individuals drying my car, I will do so when I get there. If I want to chit chat I would get a job there. Fix your cameras so I can just go through and get my car washed. Geez ole.
Very good service. Hand drying at the end of service is a total time saver.
