Very honest and they answered all what I need
The lady who picks up the phone, has no regards how to speak to customers or explain them about the available schedule or the type of services Fast Tracks Power Sports Provide. The face of the business or customer dealing matters more, than how good you actually are, if at all!
Im really disappointed with the front fest person taking calls she’s very disrespectful and talks down to you I ordered a helmet about 3 months ago and I always have too call to see when it’s coming in or if it’s still on a back order I had to miss my pro race because of this lack of communication I will never buy anything from fast track power sports again
Worst experiance I have ever had with fast track.I call last week to order parts for my wildcat. Got the manager, gave him the info ,part# name, phone # . And ask to have the part ordered. Called today and asked him if he did what i asked. Answer was yes. Called back because he said parts were busy at the time. When I got through they have no record of the order.
