My experience with Fast Track Mobility TLC Car Rental was terrible. I went there only to get a registration sticker for the car I was renting. After that, they claimed there was a tiny scratch on the vehicle, no bigger than a small dot, and immediately started blaming me. I had an extremely disappointing experience with Fast Track Car Rental. The staff were rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional from start to finish. Instead of helping customers, they treated us with a lack of respect and made the entire rental process stressful.I also felt that some of their charges and business practices were unfair and not clearly explained.
