Great customer service
It’s unviable I had been waiting more than two hours just to change the car.The agents can’t give an estimate of time.neither give a discount of the waiting time .To do a good service they have to do the process fast but no one cares .I have been renting a car for more than 6 months and every time they have to fix something is the same . All of the drivers here are making the same complaint
The worst car rental I’ve ever experienced! The staff, extremely rude! I’ve been waiting in the lobby for over 2 hours for a return and replacement. No updates whatsoever from the staff. Would not recommend and if I could’ve given them ZERO STARS I would’ve. SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!
Worst car company to rent. They will charge you a lot of money for little damage and over charges on tolls as well. So be ready to pay money if you want to rent from them.
