I rented a TLC vehicle from Fast Track Mobility, and this is my documented experience. The vehicle experienced repeated mechanical problems and had difficulty completing the required TLC inspection. Some of the customers service very bad and trite people down as drivers
My experience with Fast Track Mobility TLC Car Rental was terrible. I went there only to get a registration sticker for the car I was renting. After that, they claimed there was a tiny scratch on the vehicle, no bigger than a small dot, and immediately started blaming me. They demanded $250–$300 for something so minor and refused to handle the situation reasonably. The entire experience felt like a scam.
