My experience with Fast Track Mobility TLC Car Rental was terrible. I went there only to get a registration sticker for the car I was renting. After that, they claimed there was a tiny scratch on the vehicle, no bigger than a small dot, and immediately started blaming me. They demanded $250–$300 for something so minor and refused to handle the situation reasonably. The entire experience felt like a scam. I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had with this rental company. The staff were extremely rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful throughout the entire process. Instead of helping customers, they seemed more interested in finding ways to charge extra fees. I felt completely taken advantage of.
