Car was very dirty and needed tire shine. Paid for tire shine only to find out after the wash when my tires didn't look good that the tire shine feature was broken. Paid extra for nothing. Gonna take my business somewhere else that delivers what you pay for.

Love the new upgrades under the new company. Cleaning products at each vacuum may, more workers, and better smelling air fresheners (ya know, the important stuff). The monthly membership is SO worth it!
