I checked almost all the used tires in town for some good used tires and this was the only shop that had the best tread and the best price and they have a warranty on there used tires that's a plus for me, this goin to be my tire shop for now on
I called inquiring if they had the tire I needed in my size as to which the guy said he did. When I got there, I was initially thankful for the guy for helping me in the last 10 minutes of them being open. However, when I went to dry off the tire, I noticed major pieces of the tread missing from the tire he had just sold and mounted on my rim. When I pointed it out to him, he offers me $5 off of the tire, but I told him that this tire was severely damaged and I asked for another one or a refund. He then tries to ignore me. I... read more
I feel bad referring my friend to this place. I sent her to this place confident they would take care of her but tried to sell her a bad tire and then didn't wanna refund when she called it out. The associate was rude when she said the tire had visible treads missing. Wouldn't recommend.
Called and asked the price of a mount and balance. They said $100. Show up, they only switched my wheels to my other set of tires and said “no machine” even with the machine there. Said to bring it back if car shakes. Took the whole $100. Now have to go somewhere else and have the same job I just paid for done.
