My check engine light went on right as I was about to leave town in a trip. They were able to help me immediately and chased down the parts needed to fix my car quickly. The mechanic and manager both went out of there way to explain what was wrong with my car in a way I could easily understand and they didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need like other auto shops have tried in the past. I would highly recommend their services.
My daughter needed a tire repair. I was able to get prompt service at Fast Tire.
Would recommend, staff was courteous and patient with me. They accommodated me immediately without an appointment and did the work quickly. (This was the Merle Hay, Des Moines location.)
