Kelly and Bridgett were great! They helped make the process smooth as can be. Being a new Maryland resident i couldn’t have asked for better customer service.
Called to ask about getting a new month sticker for my tag as it was crumbling off. Explained that the car was insured by me and I'm the primary driver, but my dad's name is on the registration. The woman who answered proceeded to laugh at me and tell me that they would need a signed letter from him and there would be a $5 fee for the sticker. I walked into another Tag & Title place about 20 minutes later, showed them my registration, and the woman came out to my car and put the new sticker on for me FREE of charge. Will not... read more
