Called to ask about getting a new month sticker for my tag as it was crumbling off. Explained that the car was insured by me and I'm the primary driver, but my dad's name is on the registration. The woman who answered proceeded to laugh at me and tell me that they would need a signed letter from him and there would be a $5 fee for the sticker.
