Buyer beware! Quotes aren’t free…words emailed directly to me from Leonardtown office. We asked for quotes after my father in law passed away, as we needed to get tags and titles transferred over from the estate. We did not receive a clear quote and did not like what we were seeing, so we decided to go to another tag and title.
