Brian is awesome. He's super smart on cycling and triathlon. He fitted two of my bikes and I even had a new bike ordered and delivered to the shop for set up. Brian answered all of my questions and basically "coached" me since I'm new to cycling. The location is also convenient, in a quaint part of Canton. I HIGHLY recommend Fast : Splits for your triathlon needs!
Fast splits is the only bicycle store I shop at! Brian and Jesse are alway incredible to work with and are quite honestly, the only two people I trust to work on my bicycles. They are incredibly knowledgeable and are genuinely there to help make your life on a bicycle better and easier!
Incredible customer service. Over the last few years, Brian got me set up on four bikes (2 road/2 tri) - all of which were used and not purchased at the shop. I was very happy with the outcome each time. Not only did he do a great job getting me setup but he also didn't try to sell me unnecessary upgrades. I went into Fast Splits thinking I was just getting a simple bike tune-up, and I walked out with so much more! Bryan took my very old, very dirty bike and got it sparkling clean and race-ready for my first sprint triathlon. He also spent so much extra time and care —helping me with shoes, teaching me how to clip in and out, and making sure I felt comfortable and confident on the bike. Bought my very first tri suit from Fast:Splits and very glad I did because I looked hella stylish on the podium for my very first Boston tri sprint and it’s still going strong in my second season. Jesse and team are amazing. They have assembled and tuned bikes for me on top of having amazing accessories and gear. They consistently beat out bigger shops on price, speed of work and kindness - all of this means that this place is absolutely worth the drive from the city and I will keep coming back!
