This location is the worse. Ever since the cool african or Nigerian guy left the service has sucked. From February until now they never wash my car thoroughly. Yesterday they washed my car with no soap. I couldnt believe what I was seeing. However, the location in Lincoln Park is I will never go back to the one on Michigan ave.
I got the $16 Ultimate Wash on September 10th around 2pm. I JUST got this car and this was its very first car wash. I’m not sure if it was the scrub brushes the guys were using, if the towel dryers were wearing watches or if it was the automated scrubbers but my entire car is COVERED in actual scratches that I can’t rub out. So incredibly disappointed.
