I have had a fantastic experience using Fast Skips, not only did I find the prices really good compared to other suppliers in my area, the booking process was easy, delivery was great and I was communicated to in relation to time of arrival and collection was a breeze. Would highly recommend.

The worst service ever. Booked for Friday, on Friday afternoon started calling to ask if man with a van going to arrive. Everyone was asking about skip, I said man with a van, nobody was able to tell me if driver arriving or not. After third call they transferred me to van with a van department, took my order details and said will call back. Never called back. I booked a skip on Tuesday for delivery Thursday. It never arrived. I only found out it wouldn’t be coming when I chased the company myself — I was then told delivery wouldn’t be until the following Tuesday. This left me with landscapers on site unable to work and forced me to urgently source another skip at a cost of £355 (over £100 more than I had originally booked). Very poor communication, no proactive updates, and the last-minute cancellation caused me unnecessary stress and expense. Would not recommend.

Skip uncollected weeks later, despite several communications with the company and being told it would be collected. As communicated to the company with a notice period, I am charging a storage fee from today’s date until the skip is removed.

I should have read the reviews. Skip delivered on time but are currently 3 weeks past the collection date and skip is still here. Phoned 2 times to be told they will get back to me. Cannot use our drive because of this which is extremely frustrating. Going to start charging storage fees I think.
