Fantastic.
I scheduled an appointment online. They call me 3 days after the appointment was due. The lady that called me scheduled the appointment for next day between 10 and 12. Then the appointment day I called asking if they are coming and they said they don't have any technician and she hung up on me
Made an appointment with these guys and waited by the phone for 2 1/2 hours - they never showed up and didn't even bother to call. A big waste of time!
I simply make an appointment on what this company's website. Common Sense plus what there website at the bottom details what is included in the $69 fee. On top of this Jaime from this company calls me to let me know of the fee, which I had seen. A guy comes out not from this company at all, but we had no idea. This guy I don't even think was even an actual technician. Our fridge had stopped cooling and freezing entirely. The guy checked nothing and said he thinks its a loose wire and it should be Ok but to wait a few hours. ... read more
