Dany is an incredible bootcamp trainer! His energy, enthusiasm, and knowledge make every session both challenging and fun. Dany pushes me to do my best while ensuring that the workouts are safe and effective. I've seen noticeable improvements in my fitness since joining, and I always look forward to each class. Highly recommend Dany if you're looking to get stronger and fitter! 💪🏽
Friendly group of fitness experts who have cultivated a community that feels like family. They work you hard, but if you do what they tell you, you will see results fast. They even offer food prep if you are into that. Can't recommend this place enough.

Very happy with the gym and the staff at FRF. Lexie does a great job putting together challenging, effective workouts. The gym is always clean and never feels congested with people.
I have been working out for over 15 years consistency but never have I felt more strong and healthy since I have been working with Lexie. She takes the time to personalize a plan, ensure proper form, help you maintain consistency, push you, motivate you, while also allowing to maintain a great life balance. Lexie is not only the most amazing trainer but a great friend. I highly recommend Lexie!
