Was assigned Fast Response through warranty company. Repair order was June 4 and today is August 8 & my AC is still not fixed!!! Five service calls & over 2 months later, the progress has been ZERO!! To top it off, they are now admitting they don't know how to fix my AC. Total clown show. Looking at other reviews, it appears the excuses, "parts ordering delays" and other "blaming others" for poor communication etc. are common business methods when it comes to warranty work. Avoid this train wreck if you can.
They came took my furnace and said they were bringing a 120,000 BTU furnace for a 1,400 sqr ft house. NOT GOOD also do not fall for there trick of "WE WILL UPGRADE YOU TO GOLD SERVICE IF YOU AGREE TODAY!" That is when i knew something was off. So they decided they were taking my furnace and not coming back. It has been 2 weeks it is getting cold. My kids are mad at me for letting this happen. So let me help you and yours WATCH OUT FOR FAST RESPONSE NOT HEATING and NOT COOLING!!! BEWARE!!!!
