Our older furnace stopped working and I paid a technician to come out and confirm that it wasn't working. He was going to check for possible replacement parts and get back. In the meantime, we spent over an hour inventorying our system so he could provide options for replacment. I never heard back. As I'm impatient and handy, I disassembled the non-working parts of the furnace, cleaned and lubricated them and got it working the next morning - so it's a good thing I didn't wait to hear back as my family froze.
Serhii Bielinskyi was my technician, and he did a fantastic job. I had a 50 gallon water tank installed to replace my 40 gallon tank. There were some challenging situations during the install but Serhii was able to solve all the issues and did a great job installing the larger tank. I will definitely recommend Washington Natural Gas and Serhii to my friends.
