We received a report of a cracked heat exchanger in our NG furnace..Josh came out next day and documented that the furnace was in working order. Removed the "red tag" and restored operations at no cost. Well done , Josh and Josh. Calling PSE.
Sergae installed a new thermostat and serviced an 18 yr old 2-stage natural gas heater. It needed one part replaced and he stocked in on his truck. When he left, the inside of the heater looked clean and brand new. Excellent and thorough work. I would be confident in using them again.
I’m giving Washington Natural Gas 3 out of 5 stars. I was looking for AC repair right at the start of a summer heat wave, and the service was excellent. I also really liked the technician, Mike. However, the price was significantly higher than I would want to pay under less urgent circumstances. For responsiveness and service, I would give them 5 stars.
