Preparing the check was overwhelming difficult,
The technician John, was very professional & courteous.
Had a new furnace put in. Old one from the 80s was going to cost to much to fix.
A great experience with John. Couldn't have asked for a better consultation; informative, knowledgeable and caring that our needs were met.
Mr. Palmer showed up about as scheduled, seemed competent, (was a bit quiet,) and did all that our furnace and me needed. i was a bit surprised that he charged $100 for adjusting our control device. Also, when he started to leave, I had to call him back as the control needed a minor button "push".
