I’m giving Washington Natural Gas 3 out of 5 stars. I was looking for AC repair right at the start of a summer heat wave, and the service was excellent. I also really liked the technician, Mike. However, the price was significantly higher than I would want to pay under less urgent circumstances. For responsiveness and service, I would give them 5 stars. Had a great experience with removal and installation. Cleaned our furnace and changed out an old hose bib while he was at it. They were the only company out of three I called early Saturday morning that responded. They were on it from the get go. I would highly recommend these guys for all my gas appliance work.
Preparing the check was overwhelming difficult,
The technician John, was very professional & courteous.
Had a new furnace put in. Old one from the 80s was going to cost to much to fix.
