Excellent customer service :)
We love Fast Pool Service. It is a family owned business and give personalized attention. We live about a half hour away from them and tried a few places closer to home. They just wanted to sell me things I didn't want or need. Becky is always helpful and takes as much time as I need, and Clark and his crew have always been great. They know their stuff and they do a great job. We have had 2 liners installed by them and are about to have a third. We used this company for many years until we sold our house. They were always extremely helpful...I have nothing but compliments ! I cannot believe the comments by "No Way". They were always courteous and went above and beyond to solve any problems I was having. Their prices were always much lower than other pool companies.
I've been a few places and dealt with a few different companies regarding our pool. In my opinion Fast Pool Service is very helpful and very knowledgable. They even take their time with you when you are on the phone to make sure you understand everything completely.
I was very stunned by the review by Anonymous. I have been using Fast Pool Service for 8 years. We tried other companies, but no one helped us more! In fact we don't even use the company to open or close our pool anymore. We use Fast Pool! It's a family run business and they are all pleasant.
owner was sauced pee and cigarette butts in driveway, big bill on door. Don't tell you when they show or leave. Shocked water so heavy couldn't swim for 3 weeks. Owner slurred speech-may have been sauced.
Unpleasant experience. Very expensive. Was like dealing with the Adams family. Owner smelled of liqour and beat his team like dogs.
