Fast performance has been amazing for our son. He has learned so much from his time there. They don’t just throw the ball around and call it a day. They work on creating better habits for throwing routines with thought out pre and post care arm routines. They have tailored strength exercises for throwing , core strength, etc.. I’ve worked with JC and Joel and have nothing but amazing things to say about the program they’ve built. The new facility they moved to is top of the line and I love that they continue to invest back in the business on behalf of their clients - they’ve added a steam room / sauna, and a cold plunge. I noticed a huge difference in my athletic ability when working with them and my body felt and looked better.
