JC and Joel are top notch coaches and very knowledgeable in what they do. They clearly care about their customers, and I would recommend them to anyone.
Best place to train for any age. The staff is some of the best in the country.
Great gym and great place to perfect your baseball skills.
Great place to train they have a variety of equipment and lots of space. They helped me get right approaching the end of my ACL rehab and improve my overall functional strength for my sport.
Signed my Son up for a 4 class spring training session. Honestly I'm not impressed. Very little instruction at all given by the coaches...they really just throw the ball....which I can do myself at Legends for a lot cheaper. 45min for hitting (no coaching) and hour of running exercises, which is also a joke. The running coach is like a babysitter at best. Don't waste your money...can't believe these guy's are getting paid...they spend most of their time talking to themselves about there personal workouts..
