The ceiling in our basement was a patchwork of disasters lol. Bad spackled areas, seams starting to show, all painted over. Chris gave a price I thought seemed a bit high but then I saw the work he did. Removed screws that were put in wrong even. He explained with a ceiling, the problem would just reappear if he didn’t fix that. He could have just put another coat on top and called it a day and nothing bad would have happened for years.
