Megan checked us out last night. She was awesome. She took the time to look up my rewards number and patiently waited while I searched for my AAA card to offer a discount. This was by far the best experience at a parking facility I have ever had. She went out of her way to be kind. Thank you!

Excelent service
Cleveland Clinic employees were offered 2 days free to sign up with this company. I inquired about the 2 free days when I scanned my QR code when I entered the lot and was told I would get my 2 free days . Today I get back from my trip when it’s time to pay I was told I was ineligible for the discount because I used my email address for a membership with a Park Place which has the same owner . SCAM !! Stay far away. Let someone drop you off or use another company!!!
