We used fast park 4 times but unfortunately we cannot trust fast park anymore and will seriously consider other parking, I'm afraid my vehicles are being mistreated. One time, we gave our car keys to the receptionist which threw the key to a container - we heard the keys smashing the bottom of that container, I was really worried and stumped about how little care was taking. I always use Fast Park when I go out of town. My car is always well taken care of when I leave it. I have mo worries when I'm away! Thanks Fast Park!
This place use to be nice when the first open but now it’s a mess. The must hirer only people with the worst attitude. The drivers are ok but the front gate girls are simply rude and they don’t care about helping you. I ask the lady for help with charging my EV and she didn’t she said with an attitude you on your own, we don’t do that no more. What happened to customer service? Very terrible experience with Fast Park Houston. I came in from my flight and had to wait for over 30 minutes before a driver showed up. This will be my first and last time. I have always liked their services in the Austin area but my first experience in Houston is very terrible. Other transport shuttles had multiple vehicles coming and leaving.
