I don’t normally write reviews but I feel like it’s needed this time. I don’t have insurance so I had to self pay $150 to only speak to someone for 10 minutes. Receptionist at the front had seemed rude by her tone and gestures. Wait time wasn’t too bad but once being called back, there was no weight taken or vitals taken like any other clinic that I’ve been to. He is a great doctor and take his time to find the problem that's going on with you .
The lady at the front desk was extremely rude, not just to me, to everyone that walked in. I was in a lot of pain and she was not nice about it. Nurse was great and ortho doctor was great. The lady at the front was unnecessarily rude.
