Strong for the Lebanon Fast Pace — unlike Bardstown which has a rabid receptionist working their desk. Laura, here in Lebanon, was so polite, friendly and efficient! I made an online appointment last night so, when I arrived, all I had to do was check-in at the kiosk. I had already uploaded my insurance card and drivers license — so no paperwork to complete. I waited only five minutes before I was in a room for flu and covid tests. HIGHLY RECOMMEND — and, thanks Laura!
I am completely disappointed that I drove 15 miles in torrential rain to come to this clinic only to find a “closed” sign on the door when we arrived. I had made an appointment online the day before and did not receive communication of any kind that the clinic would be closing early. I now have to drive an additional 20 miles to a different clinic for treatment.
Rebecca Raymee is awesome love seeing her she knows what she is doing good at her job and is always nice honest and most importantly NOT rude like some of the other providers that I have seen there when I bring my some Eric in.
