They are great.
Rachel, and the rest of the staff are caring, knowledgeable, and accurate in their work. They are even willing to research and learn new information if they do not immediately know the answers. Time spent during the exam process was more than I received from my previous care takers. The front desk reception (your first encounter with the business) is friendly, professional, and efficient. It sets the tone for the remainder of your visit. Thank you all.
Rachel was professional, thorough, and addressed my issue with ease. Clinic is very nice and just off the interstate so easy to get to from anywhere in the south Nashville area. I’ll be back when the need arises!
I met with Ms. Rachel Eckert at the Thompson Station clinic. The experience overall was incredible! The clinic was very clean, the people were friendly, and professional all around. I am a young guy, just 22, and apparently my blood pressure was a bit high for my age. I told them I have finals right now in school, so after my visit, they dimmed the lights and had me rest for a little while. After about 5-10 minutes they came back and checked my vitals again.
