Mike, is the only one I have work on my 41ft Riverstone. He understands that they are built quickly and they have issues us homebuilders would never think could happen. He has replaced valves, water repairs, converters, along with repairing an awing that I swiped moving the trailer, he has proven himself over and over again.
He has done work on our fifth wheel Wheel He completed that job and asked him to do our awning he said yes. We givin him a 200 deposit, and he never showed up. He took our money and ran with it. I have called and texted multiple times, and he said he would be there and would be a no-show The second time, no show The third time, he is on vacation for 6 WEEKS. the fourth time he said he would be here, his friend called and said he was in the hospital and was in the ICU unit from being seriously sick. I made a call, and he was very polite. He asked me to send pictures of what I needed and Givin me a quote by email a few minutes later. Fair pricing and respond quickly if you leave a voice mail. I needed work done on my fifth wheel. Schedule a day and time. He was early, and I am very well pleased with his work.
