They seemed very thorough and friendly. The oil change was about 20 minutes though you may be waiting in a small line with each vehicle taking that time (pretty normal). I would allot an hour in your plans. The oil change price goes up significantly if you select 'premium' full synthetic. I did not find that out until the car was already on the rack. Would be better and more upfront if they showed you a price sheet on arrival. Otherwise would have given 5 stars.

The staff was engaging, they were lighting fast and they did NOT try and oversell me on services I didn’t need. The waiting room was clean and comfortable too!
