I am really grateful for the excellent plumbing service we received. Maurice was the plumber who repaired a leaking pipe in our bathroom. He was very friendly, polite, and truly professional. You should be proud to have him on your team. We have relied on your company for plumbing work before, and now we will definitely call you for any other home repairs we need. Whenever I call, someone always gets back to me quickly if they’re busy. It’s great to find a company that really cares about service!

A while back, I needed help with my water heater in Novato, so I called a plumber about switching to a tankless system. Maurice talked me through some options on the phone, made a plan, and set up a time to come out. The crew arrived, removed the old water heater, and installed a great new tankless one. Last night, my kitchen sink in Novato got clogged when I turned on the garbage disposal. I searched online for a plumber and found Fast Local Plumbers LLC, which was open 24 hours—a real lifesaver. I called and left a message, and about an hour later, Connor called me back and came over to fix my pipes. We had a broken pipe under our house and needed a plumber. They sent someone out within an hour to check things out. The whole job was done in about 2-3 hours. Maurice was great—he even had to crawl under the house to get to the drainage pipe, figure out what was wrong, and fix it. There was a lot of water collected down there, but he drained it for us, too. We were really happy with the service, and the price was much less than we expected. We’ll definitely call them for any plumbing problems in the future.

I had a great experience with the plumbing service in Novato when I had trouble with my gas hot water heater. Another plumber before had said it couldn’t be fixed and ordered parts that weren’t needed. But when Jason from this company showed up, he arrived on time and worked hard even though the heater was in a tough spot to reach.
