With the cold weather coming to Novato, we had drained our pipes and turned off the water. But when we turned the water back on, we noticed an outdoor fitting had cracked and needed quick repair or we’d be without water. While shutting off the water to fix it late at night, the main cutoff valve at the side of the house failed and only let a little water through—just enough for brushing teeth, but not for laundry or showers. Terry was very professional and friendly, offering excellent plumbing service at a fair price. We’re really happy he could finish several plumbing projects at our new home in Novato. Terry installed a new kitchen sink, faucet, pipes, and garbage disposal, swapped out an old laundry tub faucet in the basement, and replaced a bathroom pedestal sink with a new vanity and faucet. Connor from Fast Local Plumbers LLC was very professional and helpful when he came to descale my tankless water heater. He let me watch while he worked, since I had seen a lot of videos but never tried it myself.
