I have been a customer here for well over 5 years. The service guys have been great and once when there was a problem they helped resolve it. Unfortunately, things have been going downhill for over a year and today they lost my business and anyone else I can reach forever. I was going through the wash. The new guy crammed us all together. Leading to my car bumping the pickup in front of me and then then pickup behind hitting me twice before my honking more that 20 times led them to stop the wash. It seems since I joined the monthly program the less is done to my car.Today my windshield was not cleaned and the front of my car still looks the sameI think I will cancel the monthly program.
I go there alot and trust those guys to take care of our cars and trucks and they do a great job everytime . Ben is a great manager .
I had some problems here and asked for danny like it was written on here by him I am assuming and it appears that he is no longer working there. The new manager was respectful though and helped me resolve my problem quickly
Zero stars from me. They went through my glove box & a bottle of Prada perfume & a $10 roll of quarters came up missing! They did a BAD job & I am telling everyone I know this story. I will find the owners information & I will be letting them know.
Highly recommend. Always do a good job for a good price. Nice people to deal with. Have even given gift certificates for their services to friends.
I'd give this place 0 stars but I don't think that is an option. Terrible place. Absolutley awful. You might as well do it yourself. Everyone got treated poorly there. IF you read this review and just think about, save yourself some time, money and frustration. Probably one of the worst ran businesses in Edmond, OK. I've seen crackheads do better work and treat people with more respect. And I'm dead serious about that.
