Called and spoked with a lady named Jennifer. I needed some information. She was very rude. She stated that she was in the middle of something and hung up the phone in my face.

Does not answer phone, does not call back. Skipps appointments with no call, not motivated to work, does not care that you don't have AC in this heat.
