Took my bike in for an intermediate service and it was like getting a brand new bike back in return. The mechanics did an exceptional job, were super professional and knowledgeable. All the annoying niggles and noises were taken care of, such a smooth ride home.
Had a flat tire on my new e-bike .... was not expecting it to be fixed immediately and they went above and beyond beyond to ensure that the bike was set up properly for me and fixed tyre all within 35 mos. Super friendly and reasonable! Nothing like great customer service!
I rarely post reviews but wanted to call out how great Jason and Clive are at what they do. When I got into cycling many years ago my first group ride was the Sat morning shop ride and the guys were incredibly welcoming. I've since bought the majority of my bikes and gear from Fastlane and they regularly go above and beyond no matter how many times I pop in and bother them. They always have what I need in stock and will go out of their way to help and/or answer my dumb questions. Highly recommend.
