While the staff were polite, this shop does not appear to have consistent expertise across all bike systems and configurations. Unfortunately, the young technician who worked on my bike seemed unfamiliar with my vintage road bike setup. Prior to this visit, the bike had already been assembled and tuned to a high standard. Amazing shop! The owner Jason was so patient and supportive of me. I explained that it is my first time riding a road bike and wondered what I would need. I really had no idea what I was doing and he took a step by step approach to get everything I need. He gave me good products and a great price. He had a look at the bike I got and made sure it was safe to ride. He found a tyre that was broken and took me out back to show me how to replace it! Clive and Jason and the team are a great bunch of guys and gurls that know their stuff, and what is particular amazing is the level of detail and follow up on any issues that they come across on your bike. Highly Recommended.
