Tj has had my car for 16 months, said my car was fixed took my payment, didn't make it to the railroad tracks and the car quit working again. Took it back and he has jerked me around for over a year. Have an appointment with an attorney today, thought I'd warn the rest of you. Hey TJ, I want my $4200 and or my dodge journey back so I'm turning to a lawyer! Sick of hearing your excuses! Absolutely unprofessional and will never use this company again and will forever tell everyone I know what a crook he is!!!!
This shop is an absolute godsend!! I wish we had one like it in Florida. My alternator died on me while visiting and these guys were able to get me in super quick and I was out the same day! Their customer service is amazing and the prices are so cheap I wanted to cry. If it was possible, I would drive 8 hours from Florida every time I had a car problem just to use them again!
Go see TJ! Best shop around! Bring all my vehicles from Maryville to this shop! Super honest great environment. They shoot straight with you! Even when my wife has brought our vehicles always the same experience! Treated just like family!
