I bought a used vehicle, the service was great. I have never felt better at a used car lot. The dealership is transparent, they are very patient and helpful with the entire process.

I went to go see a Jeep on the lot they had. I was impressed when I spoke to Braxton that he had been speaking to a man who asked him to hold it for him til Sarurday. He said this knowing I had the money to buy it then and there. The man was loyal to his word. I didnt press the issue. It left a very good impression to me. He had another jeep there. Poor customer service and communication. Told him we were a 1.5 hour drive, set a time to see the car, notified him our ETA. We make it there and he tells us someone else who he "thought was me" is test driving the car. I'm clearly a female and it's two men that he's referring to. He proceeds to sell the car right in front of us. No test drive, no chance to make a counter-offer. Pulled a "I hate to do this but...".
