Poor customer service and communication. Told him we were a 1.5 hour drive, set a time to see the car, notified him our ETA. We make it there and he tells us someone else who he "thought was me" is test driving the car. I'm clearly a female and it's two men that he's referring to. He proceeds to sell the car right in front of us. No test drive, no chance to make a counter-offer. Pulled a "I hate to do this but...". We drove an hour to meet with Braxton to look at a vehicle. Top tier customer service. Process was easy and painless. If you're looking for a used vehicle this is your guy. Honest and not pushy.
My expectations were far exceeded, great place to buy a car. I will recommend Fast Lane Auto to anyone looking for a car and will buy another one from here in the future. Braxton was great to work with and very helpful, very transparent on pricing and fees, and I feel like he looked out for my best interest and gave me a very fair deal. I'd give 6 stars out of 5 if that was possible!!

Bought a 2013 Mazda Miata MX-5 with low miles and working with Fast Lane Auto was a stress free process. Both Zack and Braxton were responsive, polite and professional.
